Why don't you try Green Coffee Beans? They've been tested and worked!

While I was reading some articles published on Dr. Oz website, I found one interesting article talking about using green coffee beans to help burn fat. The article was written by Lindsey Duncan, a registered dietician, who is suspicious of products claiming to help with “easy” or “fast” weight loss. He goes on to talk about the results the green coffee bean had in a recent study that was published in the Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome and Obesity journal. The study included 16 adults who took the green coffee bean over a 12 week period of time. At the end of the study, the group lost an average of 17 pounds each! There were also no reported side effects, which is always reassuring. Duncan goes on to explain how green coffee beans actually work, and it has nothing to do with caffeine if you believe it! Chlorogenic acid is the key ingredient in the green coffee bean, and what it does it inhibit the release of glucose in the body. It also believed to boost a person’s metabolism which can help reduce weight gain. Duncan recommends finding capsules that are 400 mg of pure green coffee bean (try to avoid fillers or binders) and to take two pills 2-3 times a day, before your meals.
I personally trust every single word of this guy, because all the products and recipes he has been talking about on his show were tested by so many people and showed excellent performance in achieving their goals.

Want to lose weight quickly? Have a meal replacement shake!

Having a meal replacement shake instead of breakfast has proven to be an effective method to enable your body to lose weight very quick. This was tested and approved by many people who successfully saved a huge amount of calories per day just by replacing their breakfast with a shake. Simply put, weight loss occurs when your metabolism gets moving and you put out more calories than you take in. If you were to replace your 750-calorie bagel and orange juice meal with a 155-calorie protein shake, you’d save 595 calories per day. And you’d see the results on your bathroom scale in no time.

Let's say you are now ready to start having a breakfast replacement shake, the key question is which is the most effective shake to have. The fact is the best shake to have is the one that you make for yourself according to your personal plans of how many calories you would like to save. However, lots of people find themselves busy to think about calories and healthy choices, so I would recommend for you to buy different types of protein and meal replacement shakes from your near store or you can buy them from the Internet which would cost you cheaper prices if you don't have time to go shopping.

Here is some of the key advantages you are going to achieve by taking a meal replacement shake for weight loss:

1- Boost your metabolic rate by 25%.
2- Save calories by avoiding fatty foods (if you drink a shake for breakfast, you can save an average of 400 calories per day).
3- Keep your blood sugar levels balanced, allowing your body to burn stored fat as fuel.
4- Increase your energy levels, which enables you to increase your activity and automatically burn more calories.
